Return Policy

Returning products in the store:

  • All materials must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date and must be associated with an original invoice or receipts to be eligible for return.
  • All material must be in original packaging, in the same condition in which it was originally sold.
  • Special Order (SO) items are subject to return and restock fees based on the vendor's approval.
  • All stock material returned is subject to a 25% restock fee.
  • Payment for returns on cash sales of more than $50.00 will be mailed a check within 5 business days.

Job site pick up/return:
  • Job site pick up/returns will be charged an initial fee.
  • An itemized list will be provided to Tri-City Lumber before scheduling the pick-up/return.
  • Additional charges will be added and/or no credit given if products are not stacked for easy pick up, any material cut, nailed, glued, damaged, etc. or not in the condition it was sold in, including any packaging.

Returning a product that was damaged during shipping:
  • If, for some reason, there is damage to any of your building materials, please contact Tri-City Lumber Co at (509) 783-3322 within 48 hours of delivery. At that time, we will be more than willing to exchange the damaged product.

Returning a product under manufacturer's warranty:
  • To benefit from the full protection of the manufacturer's warranty, the product must be returned directly to the manufacturer. The warranty service information can be found in the literature that accompanied your purchase, or in some cases on their website. Please do not bring the item back to Tri-City Lumber Co.

Estimate Policy

Please read carefully. This list only sets forth the items, grades, and prices of materials listed, and we do not warrant that the materials, quantities, and grades listed will satisfy the buyer's requirements. The buyer is responsible for determining his own requirements, making accurate measurements, and selecting proper materials. Quantities, materials, and prices are subject to change due to availability of stock on hand and market conditions. Tri-City Lumber Co. is not responsible for strikes, accidents, or other causes of delay beyond our control.
